Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Content
The Professional Markets Education Program (a self-paced digital course) and our other programs are digital educational content. Full access to the program content is provided immediately after purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Because access to the digital content begins immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided. This applies whether or not you log in, watch the lessons, or use WhatsApp support or the student community.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply begins, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout, you will be asked to give this consent and acknowledgement before completing your purchase. A confirmation of your purchase, including this consent, will be sent to you by email.
Exceptions
We will issue a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
- you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount for the same purchase;
- we were unable to provide access to the program due to a technical problem on our side, and we did not resolve it within 14 days after you notified us;
- a refund is required by applicable mandatory law.
Payments with Installments or Financing
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later, installment or financing provider, your agreement with that provider is separate from your purchase from us. Your obligation to pay the provider continues even if you stop using the program. Any refund approved under this policy will be processed through the provider in accordance with its terms.
Cancellation
You may stop using the program at any time, but cancelling or stopping use does not entitle you to a refund. Access ends automatically 12 months after the date of purchase.
Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before contacting your bank or payment provider, so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases delivered in accordance with our Terms of Use may result in suspension of your access.
